Steps to Change a Maintenance Request

Follow these steps to convert an existing maintenance request into a work order:

1- Navigate to the maintenance request:

  • Click on Maintenance in the left sidebar
  • Select Maintenance Requests from the menu
  • Locate and click on the specific request

2- Initiate the conversion:

  • Click the Convert to Work Order button
  • The conversion wizard will appear

3- Complete the conversion:

  • Follow the on-screen prompts
  • Review the work order details
  • Confirm to create the new work order
