How to Get a QR For Your Company Website


This help article explains how to access and share your company website QR code in MagicDoor.

Inside, you'll find:

  • Locating the QR code in portal settings
  • Downloading or printing the QR code
  • Sharing the QR code across printed and digital materials

Use this article as a reference when preparing marketing materials, leasing packets, or signage that directs contacts to your company website.

Step 1: Navigate to Portal Invite & URL

Your company website QR code is located inside portal settings.

  • From the left-side navigation, go to Settings.
  • Select Portal Invite & URL.

Step 2: Download or Print Your QR Code

Once inside Portal Invite & URL, locate your company website QR code.

  • Choose to:
    • Download the QR code, or
    • Print it directly

The QR code links directly to your company website URL.

Step 3: Share Your QR Code

Place the QR code anywhere tenants, owners, or prospects may need quick access to your website.

Common uses include:

  • Printed flyers or signage
  • Business cards
  • Leasing offices or property entrances
  • Digital documents or emails

Anyone who scans the QR code is taken directly to your company website.
