How to Update Your Company Email Address & Phone Numbers

This help article explains how to update your company’s contact information in MagicDoor.

Use this article as a reference when maintaining accurate contact information for tenants and prospects.

Step 1: Update Your Company Website Email

Your company email appears on your company website and in communications.

  • Go to Settings
  • Select Company Info
  • Update the Company Profile Email
  • Click Save

Your company email address is now updated.

Step 2: Update Your Leasing Phone Number

MagicDoor separates phone numbers used for leasing calls from those used for text messages.

To update the leasing phone number:

  • Go to Portal Settings
  • Add or update your Leasing Contact Information
  • Save your changes

This number is used for leasing-related calls.

Step 3: Change Your Company Phone Number

The main company phone number is updated through support to ensure proper routing.

  • Click the Chatbot in the bottom-right corner of your MagicDoor account

  • Type:

    “Hi, I want to change my company phone number. Can you help?”

  • Follow the instructions provided by the support team

They will guide you through the update process.
